Making A Purchase To make a purchase simply click the 'add to cart' button of the required items and then click on the checkout tab. Here you will be prompted to enter payment and delivery details. All major credit and debit cards are accepted or you can use a PayPal account if you have one.

Your order is an offer, not a contract of sale between you and Joanna Whitehurst, therefore prices and stock availability will not be contractually confirmed until you receive the 'confirmation of order' email dispatched once credit or debit card authorisation has been confirmed and stock levels have been checked.
These terms and conditions cannot be varied except by changes made by Joanna Whitehurst on the site, which may be made from time to time. |
Shipping And Handling All items are wrapped in tissue and then packaged in our branded gift boxes with a card enclosed detailing the individual properties of each of the gems used in the piece.
All our packaging is 100% recyclable or 100% biodegradable.
UK postage is charged at £3.00 per delivery address for orders up to £50.00.
UK postage is free for orders over £50.00.
UK next day delivery is charged at £7.50 per address for orders up to £50.00.
UK next day delivery is charged at £4.50 for orders over £50.00.
PLEASE PHONE FOR AVAILABILITY PRIOR TO CHOOSING NEXT DAY DELIVERY.
For the rest of the world delivery is charged at £10.00 per address.
Overseas delivery is free for orders over £150.00.
You may be charged taxes or import duties once your order enters your country.

Delivery Schedule Please allow 7 working days for all 1st Class Post UK deliveries and 15 working days for all overseas orders.
PLEASE NOTE: For security purposes a signature is required upon receipt of your order.
Joanna Whitehurst must receive payment in full for your order before it can be shipped. Once your credit or debit card has been authorized and stock is checked, Joanna Whitehurst will send you an email receipt confirming your order. Please keep this receipt for your records.
In exceptional circumstances, if we are not able to fulfill an order we have accepted, your credit card will be refunded with the original price and you will receive notification by e-mail. In no circumstances will we be liable to you for any additional amounts incurred.

Guarantee Joanna Whitehurst Natural Jewellery guarantees your total satisfaction with our products and services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the items to us within 28 days of receipt of your order. We will be happy to exchange or refund, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition in their original packaging. Please call 07834406762 to arrange.

Returns Policy If you need to return an item for any reason please contact us on +44 (0) 7834 406762 or e-mail Joanna@joannawhitehurst.com. Once the goods are received by us and confirmed in perfect condition the credit, or debit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price. You will be contacted if there are any problems with your refund.
Should you receive an item that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days. We endeavor to resolve any issues as quickly as possible by offering another item, replacing your order or refunding the total amount paid.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be responsible for the arrangement and payment for the return of the products to us. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. |
