Free Repair Service

We offer a free repair service for all damaged jewellery originally purchased from Joanna Whitehurst Natural Jewellery. For missing or broken gemstones or silver and rolled gold components that need replacing, you will only be charged the cost of the item required. This service is in addition to our gaurantee.

Please note you will be responsible for the arrangement and payment for the return of the products to us. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. You will receive your repaired jewellery in the same packaging used to return it to us, UK delivery is charged at £3.00, overseas delivery is charged at £10.00.
