Bail
A metal loop that is used to attach a chain or cord to a pendant.
Findings
Components used to make jewellery.
Hill Tribes Silver
Hill Tribes silver is hand wrought by tribal peoples of the Golden Triangle, the remote mountain areas where Thailand, Laos and Burma all come together. Therefore no two pieces are exactly the same. The tribes use centuries-old, traditional silversmithing methods and a higher purity silver than sterling silver. These unique pieces are softer, have a whiter colour and will not tarnish as easily as sterling silver.
Rolled Gold or Gold-Filled
Rolled gold items are made by combining a layer or layers of gold alloy (14KT or 12KT) to a base metal, usually brass, then rolling or drawing the metal to the desired thickness and shape. The metal has a long life and can be worn by most people without causing reactions or difficulties.
Sterling Silver
Sterling Silver items are made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper or other alloy, proportions fixed by law. Sterling silver will patina in time, that is its colour will take on an antique look.
