Gemstones are also widely known as Crystals and can be very effective tools for releasing emotional stress and returning us to a calm relaxed state. Crystals can be thought of as natural energy resonators and being the most stable and also the simplest solid matter in the universe are used in some of our most impressive technological developments. People have been using crystals and minerals as healing tools for thousands of years, in our oldest traditions, crystals are often connected to the spiritual world. As Philip Permutt from iSiS Crystals quotes "They can increase your focus and boost creativity. In fact, I cannot think of anything that crystals cannot help with."
